Break Free from Chronic Anxiety
You’re not broken. Your body is asking for safety.
Welcome
If you’re living with daily anxiety, overthinking everything, and struggling to feel calm—welcome. I’ve lived it too. And there’s a way through that doesn’t involve forcing, fixing, or pretending.
What if Anxiety Didn't Control Your Life Anymore?
"I can't stop overthinking"
You’re not overthinking because you’re broken – your nervous system is stuck in high alert.
"Even when I'm exhausted, I can't seem to relax"
True rest isn’t just about sleep – it starts with your nervous system feeling safe enough to let go.
“I show up for everyone else—but I feel empty inside”
You’ve been in survival mode, giving without replenishing. You can learn nourish yourself by connecting with your body and breath.
“I don’t have time for self-care that actually works”
You don’t need more on your to-do list. There are effective practices that are short, accessible, and designed to fit into your real life – no matter how busy you are.
“I’ve tried everything - but nothing seems to stick”
Lasting change happens when you learn how to connect with your body and realize that you can have control over how you feel.
“I feel like I’m always ‘on’—and I can’t find the off switch”
It’s not your fault – your system was wired for constant stress. Consistent support and somatic practices can help you shift out of survival mode.
Does this sound like you?
If so, you’re not alone—and you’re not the problem. Chronic anxiety isn’t a character flaw. It’s a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
Simple, Science-Based Tools
Hi, I’m David. I help people like you feel safe again—in their body and mind.
I have been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 20 years, helping people heal anxiety through breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. My simple, science-backed approach helps calm the nervous system, quiet overthinking, and restore clarity, presence, and peace.
But I didn’t start from peace—I started from panic. I’ve lived with the overthinking, the exhaustion, the shame. And what changed everything for me was learning how to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
That’s what I now share with others.

Frequently Asked Questions
High-functioning anxiety often hides behind productivity and perfectionism. The best natural way to manage it is through daily nervous system regulation practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and movement.
Both high ventilation breathing and slow breathing are powerful tools for calming anxiety and quieting an overactive mind. High ventilation breathing (faster, deeper breaths) helps release built-up tension and reset the nervous system by creating a strong physical shift in your internal state. It’s especially effective when you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck in mental looping.
On the other hand, slow, controlled breathing helps regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowers your heart rate, and brings a deep sense of calm to the body and mind. In my programs, I teach both techniques—so you can learn when to energize, when to ground, and how to use breath to feel safe, focused, and present.
Nervous system dysregulation occurs when your body stays stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode. It can lead to anxiety, burnout, insomnia, and emotional exhaustion. My programs teach daily tools—like somatic movement, breath, and mindfulness—to gently restore nervous system balance and emotional stability.
Yes. Many people with chronic anxiety struggle with insomnia or restless sleep. My guided sessions help calm the nervous system before bed, making it easier to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling more rested and present.
Just 10–15 minutes a day. My programs are designed for busy people who need effective tools that fit into real life. Each session is short, simple, and builds gradually to create lasting transformation over time.
While apps are helpful, they often miss the body-based piece. My programs combine breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness to regulate your nervous system holistically. It’s not just about calming your mind—it’s about helping your entire body feel safe again.
Yes. The techniques I teach—breathwork, somatic movement, and mindfulness—are all supported by neuroscience and research in polyvagal theory, trauma healing, and anxiety reduction. I combine ancient practices with modern science for deep, lasting results.
Absolutely. Many of my students have done years of therapy and still feel stuck in anxious patterns. My approach works with therapy by focusing on the nervous system and the body—areas often overlooked in talk-based treatment alone.
Most participants report feeling calmer, more present, less reactive, and more connected to themselves and others. You’ll gain practical tools to stop mental looping, improve sleep, and build emotional resilience—tools you can use for life.
Yes. My programs are designed to be accessible, down-to-earth, and beginner-friendly. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced—just open to trying a new way of relating to your body, your breath, and your anxiety.
About Me
For years, I lived with high-functioning anxiety. Outwardly, I was composed and productive—leading yoga classes, building a business, and supporting others. But inside, I was constantly tense, overthinking everything, and unable to relax—even when I tried. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was stuck in survival mode.
What changed everything for me was realizing that my anxiety wasn’t something to fight—it was something to understand. And more importantly, that true healing doesn’t happen through willpower or insight alone—it happens through the nervous system.
I created the Freedom from Anxiety approach not just as a teacher—but as someone who needed it myself. It’s the program I wish I’d had 20 years ago.
